ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our team and sell life insurance products to our existing book of Property & Casualty clients. This is a great opportunity to join an already successful team and help us help our customers in more ways.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships with existing Property & Casualty clients to identify life insurance sales opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Collaborate with the Property & Casualty team for cross-selling.
- Work with a dedicated appointment setter to maximize lead generation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience as a Life Insurance Agent.
- Active life insurance license (any state). Can not have Series 6/7.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) for lead management.

- Base salary $50,000 - $70,000 + uncapped commission structure with OTE over $150,000
